After winning an addition tender this week for another 50 Acres of Sports Grounds Undercut are proud to anounce our newest piece of kit.

Feb 2011. Tender Extended

A Rochdale based Property Management Company have extended their contract with Undercut. List of works include 19 visits per year to each site on 18 large care and nursing homes within the Doncaster area.

New Contract - Tender Won

We've had a really good start to 2011 with our first major contract won of the year. *********** Parish Council have appointed Undercut to complete all the grounds maintenance including over 35 Acres of Sports Fields and Recreation Grounds within the district. We thank them for the opportunity and we'll do our upmost to provide an excellent service.

Helping the Community

We were approached by the head of the Parent and Teacher Community at Armthorpe Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic School In Doncaster to design an educational multipurpose play area/garden at the rear of there school. As we all know government education funding is hard to come by. Our Lady’s School are trying to raise £15,000 to fund the garden area. This amount of money will barely cover materials, never mind the labour to complete the project or the cost of the design and planning.


To help contribute Undercut would like to design and plan the concept of the garden free of charge. This should help the school save on expensive design costs. Our challenge now is to create a educational area for the children within budget, something that will benefit their everyday life’s and help them learn and play. We will submit our plans and ideas to the school over the next couple of weeks. Plans, Illustrations and designs will also be uploaded to our Blog. Let’s hope this inspires more parents at the school to help get involved with there children’s future. I’m sure Our Lady’s School will need help to build the garden, as we all know labour is expensive so voluntary help will be no doubt be called upon.

Residential Rota Boards

 
Undercut installed Rota Boards to Miller Home Sites in Doncaster five month ago. When Undercut staff maintain the grounds they sign and date these Rota forms. Detailed maps and regular site visits are recorded so all the estate residents can see when the work has been completed. Due to the success of these weather proof Rota boards they are to be distributed to all residential estates Undercut manage.
